General Terms
Registration, stamp duty, GST, electricity, water, and any other legal charges levied by the government shall be payable by the buyer/allottee/applicant as per norms.
Price can be revised any me on the sole discre on of the management.
In case of delay in payment as per the payment plan opted, the interest @18% per annum will be charged on the remi ance stated.
All Payments shall be made through RTGS/NEFT/Cheque/Demand Dra to be issued in favour of "Shree Hari Enclave Pvt. Ltd." wherein the payment by cash shall not be accepted.
